At Milda Inc, we were founded on Bayou Lafourche in the late 40’s early 50’s. Providing marine transportation for early days of the oil boom in Louisiana. From there evolved into a very successful tugboat & barge company thur the end of the century. Continued to evolve into a service based company with oil & gas roots, highlighted with a leadership role on the BP Oil Spill of 2010 & upscale transportation crew change company for oil, port and dive companies. During the BP Oil Sipll response we assisted with facilities management and operational leadership on the ground in Venice, Louisiana. 

Recently, we have been involved in consulting projects with alternative energy opportunities, including electric Harbor Assist Tugs for Corpus Christi, Texas, also led research on carbon credits for the oil and gas industry with Louisiana based projects & companies.
